It welcoming interface and resource center are very good!

HubSpot University is an incredible feature for beginners.

Lag issues but that's to be expected.

I was previously a SalesForce administrator and was amazed at how much more intuitive/user-friendly HubSpot is in comparison.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the reports and analytic features!
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing that stands out about my experience with this product that makes me dislike it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely check out HubSpot Academy! There is a ton of great information and training there, as well as free certifications!

the workflow seems to be easier.

I do like the mobile app and I like to be able to see who opens and emails and clicks on what

that there is more than one way to do things which sometimes helps you not complete the task
