Easy to implement and great support due to the huge eco system. UX is perfect and you don’t need extensive training.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Due to the amount of functions it’s sometimes a bit confusing.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

The marketing tools: The fact that you are able to create a form such as a Contact us and be able to place that on your website to capture all the warm leads that want to know more about your product is priceless. You can customize it to collect necessary information to help you determine if its a qualified lead or not.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workflow creation! With the create a workflow feature you are able to automate many things within Hubspot or with your integrated softwares, allowing you to simply use it to program how you want everything to flow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sequences sometimes get stuck for example I created a 12 step sequence with email and calling with 2day threshold on follow ups. when I come to see the sequence 4 days later I notice the leads from step 1 that never got an answer didn't move to step 2 automatically. I had to create a ticket to move them along in the funnel. Although customer service fixed the issue within 15 mins its a problem that's happened more than once.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this product not only to SMB but to large organizations as well. This software would allow you to save some headaches and to delegate work as it acts like an AI with the ability to automate nearly everything! The great Customer support and training is also a big plus if you are new to these types of softwares.
