What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

The drag and drop feature when creating email campaigns was the selling point for us. It's made things stupid simple and anyone in our organization is capable of creating campaigns easily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Like I said before, the drag and drop campaign builder is fantastic. It also integrates in our website seamlessly and has made moving deals through our pipeline efficient and easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The website builder. It's pretty bad and simple. Ok if you maybe want to create a landing page, but beyond that I wouldn't use it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Really think about the capabilities of your team. If you want something anyone can pick up really quickly, this is your product. If you need to segment easily, this is your product. If you want to move deals through a pipeline easily, again this is your product. If you're looking for super fancy, can do everything from CRM to Website building, keep looking. But this is a great tool for it's price point.

I really, really like ActiveCampaign!

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

As I am only familiar with the ESP features and not the CRM, my review will focus solely on those areas. The infinite customization options and useful extras are what I appreciate most. ActiveCampaign's ability to automate, set rules, and target specific audiences, among other things, used to need extremely costly and complex software like Infusionsoft, which was out of reach for most small businesses and solopreneurs. With this much leeway, your email marketing may be as basic or complex as you desire. The program has fantastic capabilities in general.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ActiveCampaign is a fantastic tool, and I highly recommend it. My company uses it for web advertising, and so do perhaps ten of my clients. It's the program I always suggest to my clients. I like that the software is reasonably priced (especially for a startup) while yet meeting the needs of more sophisticated users (thanks to its high degree of integration). It's reliable, simple, and I can't remember ever having a problem with it. I really like the reporting capabilities, and the fact that it can be easily integrated with Woo Commerce and Shopify.

What do you dislike most about this product?

ActiveCampaign's ability to manage lists based on attributes, behaviors gleaned from the analysis of records, traffic sources, forms, and even other lists is one of the platform's greatest strengths and one of the biggest problems for any marketing department. We were also able to free up the marketing department's time formerly spent manually processing shipments and interactions by automating these processes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You couldn't ask for a more complete tool to rely on in running your company. This is an excellent option if you need a comprehensive service that can expand as your company does. Nevertheless, if you're in the market for an ESP that can do more than just send emails, and you want to be able to do things like collect payments and keep tabs on inventory without having to add a half dozen other programs, you may want to keep exploring.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

We use ActiveCampaign since it's the best marketing tool all in one place. Our marketing team has seen conversion rates of 95% with this layout. We highly suggest this product due to its efficiency and ease of use. By utilizing its cutting-edge features, we are able to create enticing sign-up forms, web pages, and email layouts. We can easily afford the plans and are at ease with them. We can easily collect leads, move contacts, and manage everyone in one central location, plus we can easily automate and send out daily bulk emails. When our favorite applications are integrated into our workflow, it allows for greater freedom and convenience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

After years of using Mailchimp, I made the transition to ActiveCampaign so that I could learn more about my contacts and engage with them in a more meaningful, tailored way. ActiveCampaign met my requirements for an email service provider while also providing me with much more in the way of customer experience automation. I like how intuitive the interface is and how comprehensive the features are. As I continue to work with it, I am able to acquire more knowledge and proficiency. Also, ActiveCampaign's assistance is incredible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To tell you the truth, there is an element of fear involved. While I was debating whether or not to make the transfer, the sheer versatility of ActiveCampaign gave me pause. Well, this is going to take a long time to understand, and it's annoying to have to figure out yet another piece of software. On the encouragement of my entrepreneurial friends and associates, I decided to give it a shot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ActiveCampaign works very well for the cost for small and developing organizations who want to gain all the essential features of sales and marketing automation. To obtain all you need from it can be a bit of a hassle, but I have yet to do anything that I couldn't accomplish in the end. There are perhaps better options for teams that are larger or that have more extensive marketing databases.
