Amazing to capture customer feedback for product

What differentiates SurveySparrow from other similar products?
It's really intuitive and easy to use for what we wanted to capture (CSAT and NPS) and customer feedback. I was able to get our response rates higher and the analytics dashboards were awesome for our team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User-friendly interface and the metrics dashboard were my favorite. Really easy to use for a tool I'm not in everyday.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No really dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommend this tool for anyone in tech that's looking to gather feedback early and often. Really intuitive interface.

More and better refined survey question options without being so highly priced like Typeform.

Similar product suite with Typeform while being much more affordable.

The customer service is absolutely atrocious.

It's a good product backed and supported by people who don't know what their pricing structures are and do not stick to their own deadlines.
