It has free integration with Zendesk tool which is vital in collecting feedback from clients anytime they contact support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is cheap and does comes with premade templates to start with creating custom survey

I have not liked the user interface of the solution as navigation experience is too poor

Most surveys feel formal whereas this platform makes asking questions feel like a natural conversation.

The response rate was better than with typical surveys and interpreting the results doesn it require much effort. Sharing findings with different departments is straightforward.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Control can feel limited when creating surveys with very complex structures.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Connect product improvements with the authentic voice of their customers. Surveysparrow fulfills that need without overwhelming the user.
