Hubspots UI is so friendly and approachable for the non programmer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A non "techie" person can sit down and start. Dashboards are clear, easy to understand and flows are intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While it's not customizable, if you have a straightforward system with clear goals and objectives, this can easily be the only sales management tool you'll need l.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a small business, budget minded and don't need a host of customized tools, look no further. Integration is simple and intuitive. Tons ans tons of online tutorials to help.
