You can assign a task to yourself or other teammates and set a reminder if the task is not complete within a certain amount of time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Sales Dashboard - gives analytics and insights about the teams productivity

What do you dislike most about this product?

Exporting data - you have to go to options, then choose to export, rather than a clear cut export button

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Exporting of large data - numbers are important in sales and there are are a various selection of properties it comes with that can easily help organize business contacts, as well as the customization feature
