What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional from other similar products?

The intuitive interface and workflows that align directly with all sales teams' responsibilities is unmatched. They are the pioneers and clear leaders in this category for a reason

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is so simple to use and has so many specific features that allow you to do your job effectively and efficiently from end to end

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am not a huge fan of the Lightning interface - I prefer the Classic window and widgets

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking to have the best and most efficient sales force, you need SFDC as your CRM

Easy to use with managing feature really gives me a plus point to achieve the target.

This really saves a lot of time, arranging activities and showing the results in a right maner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes this buffers during working mey be some server problem it was, so in terms of improvement cloud deployment have to inhance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
