What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional from other similar products?

The pre-build reports and the ease of customizing the reporting is a great feature. The dashboards are great and simple to understand, the one-time setup of reports and dashboard can save you hours of time every month.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Here are some of the things I love about Salesforce: 1. Exhaustive tool with all the possible features you need to manage your client base 2. Easy to raise tickets with the cases panel and quick resolution 3. Integration capability is high, being a market leader most of other automation tools can be integrated 4. Leads management has never been ease before Salesforce 5. The UI is simple and great to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Salesforce has numerous features which can make its UI a bit complex at times. Though it does give you can option to hide all the unwanted features but with a limit. Additionally, new users might need a basic training on how campaigns, contacts, leads and segments are managed. Also, the constant updates make it hard for you to be updated on all the latest features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My experience with Salesforce has been great. You can easily manage your customers from both B2B and B2C business. If you manage customers at scale or are planning scale-up, Salesforce can be a good fit for you.
