What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

*It is easy to use and track from start to close. *Quick incorporation of users to the system *Integration with other systems through Zapier *Fits teams of all sizes. *Agile CRM that prioritizes sales with an easy to use interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most about Pipedrive is that it not only focuses on closing sales, but also controls the activities during a business process to achieve a deal, such as calls, meetings and quotes that must be made to conclude the deal. Importing existing sales data is also easy to do, keeping everything tidy and up to date. It provides us with an overview of each sales opportunity for our most important services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pipedrive is not the cheapest option when after the free period you start paying for features that after all are the most essential, I would like to see innovation. However, I give it points for the reliability and strategy it brings, it has been quite useful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good product for pipelines of all kinds that evolves to be used as a robust CRM, I recommend trying the free trial period.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pipedrive has helped with the problems of sales management, it is a universal and comprehensive system where you can order the workflow, it also facilitates integration through its API configuration with commercial systems such as MailChimp, which gives us greater benefits, better promotion and more information when interacting with potential customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I could not complain about this software, because as it is updated the functions improve, for example, when there is an excess of import data, that before gave problems when trying to operate them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is one of the best solutions to implement in any type of company, we all need a good order in sales management with objective and specific methods, it is simply worth implementing it.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

The difference between this CMR software and other similar ones is that Pipedrive is much more complete in terms of functionalities that can be exercised in different job roles such as consulting, human resource management and marketing, but it all depends on the plan you plan to acquire.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the features of this tool that I appreciate having is the functionality of allowing me to be in live chat communication with the rest of my colleagues who are in different departments within the company. In addition to this, I really like the functionality of being able to create campaigns that we can easily modify so that all users of the group are notified on the exact day established in the calendar and in this way we are all aware of what is happening.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are few things that I could say that are wrong with this tool but among them is the problem with the application on the phone since there are times that the images do not load very well and the links are cut.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend it since for a very good reason it is in the top 5 of the best CRM software but I would also recommend evaluating what the needs of the company are since Pipedrive has several plans available and you can choose them depending on your needs..
