What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Every aspect of our payroll is handled by UKG. They are a comprehensive and durable system that can meet all of the demands of our expanding firm. Their customer service departments are very helpful and promptly respond to our inquiries. We had a lot of fun using it because it was such a terrific tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The nicest part of UKG Pro, in my opinion, is that I have constant access to the community's wealth of useful resources. Even a step-by-step guide on how to design a process is provided by the community. I enjoy that I can always call and a person is there to help me if, for any reason, I can't find what I'm searching for in the community I prefer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The one aspect of UKG Pro that I can think of that I don't like is that we can't contact the Payment Services Team directly. Sometimes I need the Payment Services team's assistance immediately, but I have to wait until they can call me back, which can take a few days.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For HR users, the customization of the system, building of business rules, and navigation are intuitive. We value being able to implement improved functionality without requiring assistance from our UKG connections. I genuinely enjoy it. I think this is the greatest option for you.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

UKG PRO was really for keeping track of the property given to employees, such as computers, pagers, cell phones, etc. I also adore their employee onboarding which introduces new employees to the social and performance requirements of their positions so they do their job as soon as possible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Certain aspects I adore about it are Workflow can be set up so that we can keep track of modifications made to the system and verify accuracy. UKG Pro handles payroll, compensation, performance, and talent recruitment. 3. Switching to UKG Pro also allowed us to incorporate recruiting and onboarding. 4. To notify the appropriate teams when events occur in the system, UKG assisted us in developing alerts and triggers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Overall it's the best payroll system available in the market but customer service is terrible, and service requests go unanswered and unworked. We only receive attention when we escalate and it is payroll critical, and even then, we receive responses too late.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The UKG Pro system is excellent for keeping track of, storing, and distributing personnel data throughout modules. Its reporting features are simple and you can also be configured very easily to meet corporate organization. The customization options are more flexible in the recruiting and onboarding sections.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

UKG PRO streamlines communication between HR and employees. UKG PRO is an effective tool for employee management including requisitions, approvals, balance calculations, and annual carry-forward. Through frequent check-ins and evaluations, we were able to achieve predefined goals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In our organization, everything is digitized and organized so information anyone needs can get at any time. It also helped us to reduce the amount of paper that we used before. I also appreciate their level of security. I'll give them 10/10 in terms of security. We can easily manage access to the information that exists in the system. Also, its security setup is quick and easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For me, the most difficult aspect of the system is reporting and business intelligence. UKG PRO provides a plethora of features. It is a very robust system with many options and modules, but onboarding and answering questions take a long time. Price is also higher than its competitors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

From my perspective, it is a fantastic payroll and HR system. It will make your compliance and reporting more effective. It is also fantastic that census and contribution information is automatically sent to our retirement plan provider. Although its integration is valuable; integration with 3rd party providers will be helpful to you.
