Connectivity to third-party systems, including accounting and ERP software. Tax and labor regulations are continually updated. A mobile application that allows you to view information remotely. Automation of workflows to reduce manual work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I prefer UKG Pro for career development plans, performance reviews, onboarding, and hiring. I am able to create and oversee employee perks, such as savings and insurance plans.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Response times for customer service might differ by location.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I suggest UKG Pro as both administrators and staff find it easy to use. You can have access to updated reports and real-time data improves decision making.
