Salesforce is an excellent cloud platform that allows you to perform any type of customization that suits the business of companies. This customization can be done with internal staff of each company or hire professional services from Salesforce. The platform is very powerful and has many integrations to make the process simpler.

It's an industry leading product and there a hundreds if not thousands of available integrations into third party products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This product works with everything and is a powerful framework. If there's a product I want, and there is no available integration, we re-evaluate and ask ourselves if we really want to use it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's definitely a bit pricier than other options. It has a lot of features most small and mid-size businesses don't need and wouldn't use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have the budget and spend the time to configure it properly you will recoup every dollar and much more.
