Super user friendly, very flexible for customization, adapted plans for the level of features you need, very cost effective, sales people love it

user friendliness + simplicity and flexibility of customization

What do you dislike most about this product?

no real dissatisfaction

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

only zoho can compare if you run a small business. All other CRMs are far behind in terms of value cost/benefits, for both large and small organizations Pipedrive makes salespeople more effective and they enjoy using it, which makes it a very valuable tool for your organization

I haven't tried many other solutions prior to this for comparison.

The automated triggers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The import procedure.

Format your data through a scrubber yourself before input.
