What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Before using Paycom, we were using a fairly well known online company to do our payroll and we were having a lot of problems, it is used for payroll, time and attendance, resource allocation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The system is easy to use Fluid comprehensive platform, allows us to perform Talent Acquisition, job posting and candidate search, It can be adapted and added to your special needs, it has Quick Customer Service Response.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Tends to change feature appearances frequently, Passwords need to be changed too often.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Is a system to work and make you feel good from the first moment explains everything you can do, From applicant tracking, where you post a job online and automatically hire the person and do not have to re-enter the information
