Very detailed CRM sync, improved sales analytics and calendar scheduling routing while connected to internal dialer

Prepare your budget if you want to scale, have a very clear RFP between this and other competitors for better stakeholder decision-making.

The ability to integrate with so many of our other tools

The fact that I cannot collaborate with my team in order to create sequences

Spend time just getting used to everything, and then watch your email replies double!

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?

Very tight integration with CRM like Salesforce.The integration is very seamless in terms of capturing data from Salesforce to Outreach. It also works very well with email and Sales Navigator and is very responsive inlead capturing. It makes the entire sales process very streamlined with capabilities like lead and account management, sequences, calendar etc. The documentation available for the platform is very comprehensive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

CRM integration, also works with popular RevOps frameworks and platforms like Clari for making Deal Inspection more streamlined, if you want to break down Silos between Marketing Ops, RevOps, SalesOps, and Sales and your SDR or BDR teams - in particular when you need to GTM in regions where customer data and intent signals are gold (Europe), found Outreach to be the best one - in comparison to Xant (inside sales) etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI is not intuitive and very dull and boring. Their support team takes a very long time to respond and is not always helpful in fixing issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Personalized product recommendations are incredibly effective
