What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?
The main benefits of this program are its visual appeal and ease of use, which have been quickly adopted. We have increased customer engagement, gotten closer to the audience, and significantly improved the connection thanks to real-time monitoring, analysis, and listening on social networks. The use of keyword filters has allowed us to quickly and accurately discover specific tweets and comments, streamlining and simplifying our marketing team's work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Without leaving out any information, we use Meltwater to keep track of what's happening in the company's social networks, which works well. Design-wise, it's a user-friendly application with fantastic social media management, analysis, listening, and real-time tracking capabilities. This software has tremendous versatility, and it also helps us to better listen to social networks, get to know our customers, focus on what matters most, and gather data to make more strategic decisions. The final reports produced by this tool are excellent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have yet to find anything about this program that I don't like; I have loved using it, and it has given me excellent results. Everything goes perfectly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The main reason for choosing Meltwater was its ability to listen to users and be attentive to social networks. It was acceptable and vital to start showing more empathy to the audience. I have no hesitation in recommending this tool because it allows us to monitor, collect and analyze events from various social networks in one place. We highly recommend it.

What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?
The presentation and the dashboard management is way beyond any other tools I have used. I would also rate meltwater full marks when it comes to visual presentation. The tool is a gem for any social media manager.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are few things which I really liked about this software, First of all it has actually made listening quite easy, you are updated from all over the places that what are people talking about your brand and I personally think this is the most important thing for a brand. Another very good aspect of Meltwater is the comparison it provides with its competitors is way beyond good.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When I first configured MeltWater it wa s little difficult to make dashboards and get insights. I think the integration should be easier for naive users. We have 3 training sessions with the team which made it possible. The software should be self explanatory
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This tool provides one of the best competitor analysis and has a very good listening experience, So if you are going to use this for this purpose this is a must have. It will surely make your brand listening 10 times easier.
