What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?
At the time we used Meltwater, I didn't see much that differentiated them, aside from the fact that they were VERY persistent in calling and following up, often to an annoying degree.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I didn't really have one. Unsure if it was simply not implemented correctly, or if we were not trained well, but my boss and I both had multiple calls and trainings and still couldn't get the promised value out of the tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Almost everything. I didn't feel like it provided much value to our business. This could have been due to training and implementation, or even the segment our business was in. But we paid a lot for this and got very little benefit at all.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Beware that the sales team will NOT let up and will constantly call you. I even had one locate my personal cell and he ended up calling AND texting me. If you express even the smallest interest, they will call and email you constantly.

What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?
The biggest thing for us was their ad-hoc audience reports that took follower data on key competitors and analyzed it via iBM Watson so provide in depth audience reports on online and offline habits, media affinities, etc. of our brand as well as competitors to improve our insights, strategy, as well as giving us a huge leg up on new business. Was a huge difference maker.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The custom audience reports were amazing. Also the sales team's willingness to find a solution and cost that worked with our finances while still meeting our needs was hugely appreciated.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Poor visualizations and lack of additional insight development and analysis on primary data points was frustrating
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your due diligence and research 3-4 vendors at least before you come to a decision. Don't be afraid to ask how they differentiate themselves as well as asking about discounts or their willingness to come down to meet your finances or at least to augment the package so you're not paying for what you're not going to use or don't need.

This program has everything that is needed to help any type of brand or company to take better control of marketing in the cloud, Meltwater was created with the objective of supporting its users to visualize the area and trends of your public to be noticed much more than other companies, that is to say that this program increases and strengthens the strategies to be more striking in the multiple web pages, thanks to the help of this program it is evident that the flow of commercial events and business with the most potentials, this was possible because Meltwater functions are at hand to personalize digital campaigns on social networks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since we have this program we can visualize the work methodology that is applied to study our market in detail and the sensations that move the mass of clients, Meltwater is prepared to analyze these states and manage the contact tools with clients that we have in the web, it is possible to increase the interaction with each one of them through an intuitive and dynamic marketing campaign where our clients feel comfortable knowing all our information that will be useful to them that each negotiation, I really like Meltwater for this program strengthens My social networks such as Facebook to personalize the interaction process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the negative points that this program manifests is by far the customer service department, it leaves much to be desired, we have felt cheated in each of the automatic responses that your system presents, it is a nuisance when we want to cover any doubt about this program and this aspect of the program is not an immediate solution, this is something that should be corrected as soon as possible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Meltwater is a program that I never tire of recommending, since this software educates each of its users to have a better projection of social networks to get much closer to each of its clients, this program is versatile to customize in each one of the processes where it seeks to analyze the behavior of my clients in the company's social networks, I recommend it because thanks to these procedures it is possible to increase the flow of clients.
