What differentiates Kaseya VSA from other similar products?
I think Kasey has provided a very good solution for ticketing support . I used Kaseya to provide support for faculty and staff.

Kaseya VSA simplifies MS and 3rd Party patching!

What differentiates Kaseya VSA from other similar products?
The ease of use and intuitiveness of the GUI. The terminology used by Kaseya VSA is clear & understandable as opposed to some competition which confuses some of the best engineers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Kaseya’s breakdown of multiple modules makes my daily routine far easier. I am able to navigate to and within the different modules and sections within for simplicity purposes. The less clicking a Patching Engineer must do, the less chance for error.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The amount of time it is taking to get the higher level enhancements in Beta working successfully has been frustrating. The lack of effort being put into resolving current issues, with a product we know will be discontinued, presented by a client/customer with 70K endpoints, is crippling and wasting many man hours, while waiting for the Beta to work out the several large bugs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get it. It is better than the alternatives however, read the forums and white papers in order to know and understand the limitations and/or bugs. It definitively makes your patching MS and 3rd Party much simpler than the competition.
