Every sales call with Gong is a game changer

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

Gong is a fantastic resource for sales teams because it encourages participants to engage in more in-depth listening without distracting note-taking.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Gong eliminates the need to jot down notes during phone calls so that you don't forget what was said or what follow-up tasks were discussed. As a result, we'll have to adjust how we train our employees and how we assess and pursue new business partnerships with clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't anything particularly annoying about using a gong that I can think of. Microsoft Teams meetings have it join the call very early, making it impossible to discern if a client or potential client has joined the call or if it has just gone to voicemail.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With the help of Gong, I am now able to remember specifics from calls with clients, learn from the best, and enhance my own performance by listening to and analyzing my past calls.

It's great for many purposes and utilities Improve sales communications, constructive analysis of sales techniques, follow up, pipeline management, email alerts for opportunities that need attention.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Has been an amazing resource to the sales team, provides an incredible amount of data and insights has brought significant impact to the growth of our team, we like the easy to set up Trackers and keywords, the Ability to make dashboards for score calls, the intuitive Agreement Dashboard to help with project management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it does not have pre-established filters to do common searches.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend to all companies to manage calls and meetings. Helping document meeting notes and saving them for a later date without wasting time is a huge benefit for sales people.
