Great insights - but involves a lot of grunt work.

What differentiates Chorus.ai from other similar products?

It's not very intuitive - the new UI made it worse. One has to figure things out. Even then, there are challenges. Now considering that different stakeholders who use it, you'd expect periodic training, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to create and share snippets... and also find out (get notifications) when someone listens to it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The transcription is off by miles very often. Mobile app is a pain to use. Needs a lot of usability testing and research. When you go to full screen mode for example, you lose the skip ahead function. You have to minimize and then skip - EVERY time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Better customer support. If I face an issue, it's not an easy task to get a satisfactory response

What differentiates Chorus.ai from other similar products?

Only evaluated Gong and Chorus and they seem roughly on par.j

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The confidence it brings in having all calls recorded and not letting details fall through the cracks

What do you dislike most about this product?

The "call being recorded" warning up front is a little much.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure leadership is bought in on the coaching element. Chorus is great to have a record of all calls, but I feel like the real power comes from creating a culture of reviewing those calls together and learning from them.
