What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?
This tool complies with a varied system of simple functions with respect to digital marketing, Adobe Marketo Engage is used in our medium-sized company as our main asset to define the commercial path we want to provide to our customers, through different methods of communication we can perform advertising campaigns that keep our products and services closer to already acquired customers, and potential customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The tool allows us to see ratings of our products from potential customers which allows us to constantly improve the way we get our products to people, keeping a constant progress. The modules present in the tool are very easy to understand which facilitates the work of all our employees who are familiar with the platform. The tracking with respect to customer navigation also gives us important data on how our campaigns are performing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The limitations that the API has can be improved to be able to expand the tool to other business directions. Sometimes it is impossible to move files that are in shared folders, being marketing, all our agents handle the same information, sometimes making operations difficult. A better integration than Salesforce could be much more useful for our commercial activities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a somewhat basic marketing tool, there are some better ones on the market, clearly at a higher price and with a little more integrations ahead for them to work properly. Adobe Marketo Engage is a comprehensive solution for small businesses looking to make a major leap in terms of managing their digital marketing. It has some basic bugs, but they are surely working to fix them.
