I like the free plan because it helps beginners understand how it works and its value before considering the paid plan. They have a money-back guarantee. Zoho CRM integrates with crucial platforms such as Google Analytics and Mailchimp. I also appreciated the automated collection and management of clients' data, which helps with marketing tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The free plan comes with several limitations. For example, you cannot enjoy advanced features, calendar bookings, and sales forecasting with the free plan. Zoho also requires some technical skills to set up and ensure it integrates with important third-party providers.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
The UI is so beautiful, it makes the job of sales tracking so much easier
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration with Zoho Campaign, Zoho Voice and other Zoho products is incredible
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I dislike about the product is when you are taking some service from their US server and another one connected from their Indian server there is a bug where you cannot connect the two.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Newer organisation's should definitely try and adopt Zoho CRM , its a traditional software with modern-day look and feel and very intuitive compared to other legacy CRM's
