What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho one provides an integrated solution that helps to run the business, numerous applications like Zoho projects, CRM plus, Sprints,cliq, etc can help to higher setup and track the project and ensure effective communication. You’ll deal with an oversized range of datasets which helps to plug our business. Also, the merchandise evaluation structure helps us to manage the budget as you’ve got to pay for the user that you needed for a certain operation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Maybe it's simply because we’d ne’er had a true CRM or sales process before we adopted Zoho, however, we’ve been pleasantly shocked with how powerful and versatile it is. We use the CRM functions to manage our consumer information, but we love it for managing Deals (our sales pipeline). It’s straightforward to move individuals through the process, see how long people have lingered in an exceedingly certain column, and so on And, Zoho permits you to customise the process, adding and renaming columns as you need. We sync it with Zoho Campaigns to stay our potential leads organized into completely different lists.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Few applications like CRM, to meet the business would like you to have to do with loads of customization, limited support sometimes stuck the work. The forms are quite not abundant and customizable which leads to tech limitations and ought to find an alternative.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If they’re looking for IT project management or hr solutions then they’ll opt for Zoho with no single doubt. However, if looking for sales things like CRM or other selling products then they can take a try once to check if the merchandise fulfils their business wants and if somewhere they get confused or have doubt then merely consult to Zoho team.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho CRM has given us the ease which we were trying to search in other CRM solutions. the entire ease and efficient functioning speed have an enormous impact on our business objectives. With its features, we are able to gain the trust of our customers and can better manage our sales team. There are a few things that need a bit of attention and should be rectified like the dashboard and its cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The basic utilization of Zoho CRM is in our Sales and marketing department and our sales team is taking the full edge of it because of its numerous feature set. and we can also track our customer’s activities all these make it our all-time favorite solution.Simple integration with other platforms creates ease. Its reports are clear and effective in the analysis of the situation. We are managing our sales team in a more good demeanor. Amazing account management system. What do you dislike most about this product?

The subscription charges are highly unfair, especially for small business owners. Sometimes it duplicates the data of customers and creates a mess. The dashboard needs to be improved as we don’t really like it because of perplexity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho CRM is a wonderful tool that has the capacity to fulfill the demands of a business. It's been a year since we have installed it in our organization and apart from some minor flaws I haven’t found it disturbing our work. Its features are a complete set of account management, amazing analytics and reports, and much more.

1. Notification feature can improved. 2. Mobile version needs to be improved. It is glitchy sometimes. 3. Lot of features to support payroll can be implemented.

It is positive with this product since I started using the product. It has lot of automation features so that our work will become so easy, we just need to use the APIs and integrate them.
