What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
I can integrate Zoho CRM with all Zoho products and much more, making it more convenient to keep everything in one place. Better results can be achieved by communicating with established clients and potential clients directly. This all-in-one platform helps us to maintain email marketing more efficiently, thus maintaining a more professional relationship.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a flexible and easy-to-use interface for practical daily use, within this platform you can easily monitor projects and also easy management with just drag and drop. I can see from different perspectives a complete task from a weekly or monthly point of view with everything and details and priorities. I like that it provides a tool to highlight the calls that have been made with potential clients and also that sales, first contacts with clients and prospects can be recorded.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Being able to track email is not so clear on this platform, you have to resort to others such as HubSpot or Mailchimp, this is a bit disappointing since Zoho CRM is an all-in-one but sometimes it lacks the tools that are actually tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to use this product to the fullest, you can try connecting them with other Zoho platforms that may be of use to you and you will notice a change in the integration with other products. It is very easy to create reports, use the project pane, create entries, etc. You can use email campaigns to be able to have a more direct interaction with clients and potential clients.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho CRM allows us to closely follow up on each of our potential customers. The difference between Zoho CRM and other CRM platforms is that Zoho CRM allows me to monitor and serve customers in real time, in this way I can obtain essential information, immediately, with a wide visualization. I believe that this real-time functionality has allowed us to obtain faster results for our sales area, because we can give it faster and more specific attention
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the things I like the most about Zoho CRM is that this platform offers me a multi-channel system, with which I can maintain consistent communication with each of the clients and potential clients. This multichannel system offers me the ability to receive constant notifications about any movement that occurs in the process of interaction with customers, and also automatically alerts when a customer needs our support during the sales process. Without a doubt, this multichannel functionality allows us to organize ourselves better and offer better communication to customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I currently have no complaints regarding the functionality that Zoho CRM has offered me, because it has been a platform that has met all my expectations and has allowed me constant communication and attention from my clients. I am very grateful to Zoho CRM for allowing me to work smoothly and without any errors.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho CRM is capable of allowing any company, be it financial, accounting, etc., to establish direct contact with each client, offer an online chat service with the help of the multichannel, and also offer an email system, with which All customer requirements can also be met. Zoho CRM has immediate synchronization with all types of social networks, therefore, there will always be alerts about what customers think about the services that are sold.
