What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Customer service has improved exponentially since Zoho CRM came to our workspace, because it has provided a simple process for consistent interaction and communication with each of the potential customers. What I have noticed difference comparing Zoho CRM with other platforms that we have previously used, is that this platform allows me more variety to communicate, either through mail, online chat, video call, voice messages and also through support tickets. The variety of ways in which I can give immediate attention to clients is fantastic, a much faster and hassle-free way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoho CRM is that it offers me a very instantaneous service for receiving notifications that notify me at the exact moment when the client needs some support, something that has helped me a lot since I should not be aware of when a client requires our services. In addition, I have loved the automatic reporting system, since it is capable of collecting all the information on the general customer service, and inserts it into graphs that automatically analyze the performance that has been achieved in customer service. customer and the quality that was provided.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no negative factor that needs to be mentioned about Zoho CRM, because since I started using it in my sales area, I have had incredible success, I have been able to give immediate attention to potential customers and I have also had the ability to service multiple customer tickets at the same time. I am fascinated with the performance that Zoho CRM has had and how great it has been for the attention of the clients that come to our company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The main reason that makes me recommend Zoho CRM to companies or sales areas is that this platform does not offer any negative performance, and it does not have any errors in its operation. There are many platforms that control CRM but they have errors when generating reports and when contacting customers, but Zoho CRM is unique, it helps us to communicate with customers through various methods and it also allows us to have reports that we saves a lot of analysis time. I am grateful to Zoho CRM and I am sure it would be a fantastic platform for any business.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

The satisfaction and help during the sales process of each of our potential clients is extremely essential for us. The operation and performance that Zoho CRM has had is incredible, and I have noticed that this platform, unlike others, offers me a performance management service, with which I can have a broad visualization of the improvement process or how much it is being effective the process of attention to potential customers. I am fascinated with this performance monitoring service, it has made it possible for me to be aware of our performance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The feature that I love the most about Zoho CRM is that it allows me to have great team collaboration and perfect synchronization with my work team. Zoho CRM allows me to send clients to my colleagues in the sales sector, it allows me a fantastic teamwork which helps me to have a customer service 24 hours a day. The team collaboration that it offers me is great, because we can serve more clients in a shorter period of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the things I don't like about Zoho CRM is the notification system. Zoho CRM should send me notifications when customers interact with my brand, when they browse my website and when we are mentioned in social networks, however, the mention process in social networks is not notified to us with this platform, even if we activate the notifications for all our channels, we never receive notifications when we are mentioned on social networks, which forces us to be aware of this manually. I would like this notification system to be improved so that they give me more complete notifications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho CRM is a perfect platform for the sales sector, because it offers immediate attention for all customers, it also offers the ability for all Zoho CRM users to communicate through various chat channels in order to have a perfect team collaboration that helps maintain integrity in each service to potential customers. I highly recommend it because it is easy to use and it will not take long to adapt to the customer service process.
