What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
One of the things that most differentiates zoho from the competition is that it is much more complete and has unique functionalities that others do not have, such as the integration of marketing automation, and the ability of the same system to refer me to potential clients.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Among the things I like the most about this collaborative tool. It is how easy it is to implement any type of function such as customer service, inventory management, marketing and creating automated responses which are very helpful, since sometimes we cannot respond to all messages. It also has a very useful mobile application for people who are always on the go.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I do not like about this collaborative tool and perhaps it is not so important is that it does not allow me to set a specific day or time to be on vacation or simply offline. It also happens that in the mobile application when a call is made and at the end it does not let me enter my call record with the corresponding comments.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would definitely recommend it, but I would also tell you to find some information on how to use this tool as it can be confusing at first.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
One of the differences that stands out most between Zoho CRM and other CRM platforms such as Salesforce, is that since Zoho CRM works in direct synchronization with all Zoho services, this helps the process of collecting customer data and the visualization of the progress of the sales, is shown in real time, compared to Salesforce which takes much longer to process the data of the sales and the customers, and then display it in the general sales panel. I believe that this real-time operation has been able to enhance our sales force, and has saved us more time in analyzing productivity in customer service and communication.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am really fascinated with the mobile device architecture that Zoho RCM offers me, as it allows me to use a fully capable application to meet my business needs, and which helps me stay in direct contact with all my clients. No matter where I am, or the circumstances, I can always handle any sale in a matter of seconds with the help of the Zoho CRM App. In addition, another functionality that I love is the Zoho CRM notification system, it is able to notify me of the exact moment in which there may be a possible agreement with customers, to know at the exact moment, the purchase day. The notifications are instantaneous.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the things I don't like about Zoho CRM, is that it does not have the ability to work without an internet connection, nor do it work with an unstable internet connection. Being a cloud platform, it does not work without internet, however, I would like to be able to organize all my leads and view the general reports without having an internet connection, it would be excellent to be able to access the previously obtained report, without having to have An internet connection for this is a feature that would come in handy in my work area, since sometimes we need to move around, and we don't always have a stable internet connection.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho CRM is an almost perfect platform, its only negative point is that it does not have the ability to allow access if you do not have a good internet connection, however, this does not make it a bad platform, its general operation is great and helps all customers to be served properly during the sales process. Zoho CRM offers detailed reports on sales made, offers sales forecasts, and also offers excellent synchronization with all Zoho services, which will make it much easier to boost all sales in a company. Zoho CRM is the essential platform for any company that wants to boost its sales in a simple way, without a complicated process.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho CRM is very price competitive and can easily be integrated with both Zoho applications and external applications. Zoho CRM has a solid standard where it covers the basic needs to the most complete of CRM, in addition, if you want to start without payments to see the potential of Zoho there is a free package that includes almost all the features for a correct relationship management with the clients. With Zoho CRM you can optimize productivity in a work team as you work more collaboratively and not individually.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like is that it is not like simple customer relationship software, it is too complete with a variety of features, and its reports are very detailed. I like that it has a very flexible and easy-to-implement API. It has a complete and well explained documentation of all the functions of its characteristics (since this software is quite extensive and requires some learning). It adapts to any time of company, be it small, medium or large, thus automating most tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can say that it has a very steep learning curve as it costs a bit to move within the platform. I would like that not all Zoho CRM is cloud-based, it would also be useful to have some type of local storage in case of a connectivity failure, also if there is a mishap where the internet connection is slow, reducing the work process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it because it has a good complete customer relationship manager, it integrates very well with many other applications, even with marketing and sales software. You can work very well collaboratively without any confusion and maintaining clear communication with your work team.
