What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Some of the best things about Zoho CRM is it's automation for routine tasks ,managing leads, contacts and use of custom views to check the leads, prospects

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of customization and it's unique automation feature can help in Lead Nurturing

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not sure why it doesn't have native integrations with most of the MAP tools like Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketo Engage but the integration with it's products are fine like Zoho Sales Iq

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very helpful for Mid Sized businesses with it's affordable cost and attractive features
