What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho CRM has a free version which makes it possible to test the product without wasting time and money. Also, the flexibility and customization options within it are impressive and I love it. Tailoring the system to specific business needs, from module customization to workflow automation, allows for a personalized and efficient approach to customer relationship management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While Zoho CRM excels in functionality, the learning curve can be a challenge. It takes time to fully grasp all the features and customizations available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Some of the best things about Zoho CRM is it's automation for routine tasks ,managing leads, contacts and use of custom views to check the leads, prospects

Ease of customization and it's unique automation feature can help in Lead Nurturing
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not sure why it doesn't have native integrations with most of the MAP tools like Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketo Engage but the integration with it's products are fine like Zoho Sales Iq
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very helpful for Mid Sized businesses with it's affordable cost and attractive features
