What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To organize and track employees' private and work-related data, I like UKG Pro. Also for the automation of administrative tasks and activities related to personnel data. I am able to write personalized reports covering many facets of HRM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because it is a cloud-based service, its operation necessitates a continuous Internet connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For analytics that let decision makers anticipate workforce changes and make data-driven choices, I suggest UKG Pro.

UKG Pro has remarkable reporting tools and is very user friendly!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only dislike is the pricing; it is difficult to manage the cost within the Company budget in the financial climate of Today! Plus, there are sections of the product that we as an end user are not able to independently own such as editing tax changes or uploading mass W2's.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend working own presenting a more economical cost package so that Companies are more apt to use your implementation team rather than outsourcing to partners; it causes product usage hardship down the road.
