Some products or features have limited documentation and support can take a while to get back to you when questions arise.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say UKG Pro should definitely be a considered product if you have a larger organization. The people art UKG are knowledgeable and the transition is as easy as can be.

We can definitely recommend this product as a global HCM solution. It is very easy to migrate from other HCM products, and it simplifies the implementation and design of HR processes. Additionally, it integrates seamlessly with all third-party support applications.
