User friendly, but integration is costly and slow

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
It seems to have more features available than other products. It can do a lot of different things if you're paying for it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Managing the time clocks employees use to punch in. They are very easy to manage and update.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The integrations with other software can be quite costly and takes lots of time. The specialists assigned from UKG do not always seem well enough trained in this aspect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Outline the reasons you want to invest in it and be certain you will be getting value - it's a beast of a product and the money/time investment needs to be worth it.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
Speed reliability and the product itself. You cannot go wrong - fast efficient and easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The schedules. I have also worked with forecasting and automated scheduling which is simply brilliant!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cannot say that I dislike anything - it all works together if your original setup is done correctly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are wanting to save on wage cost and increase productivity using the forecasts and workloads, there is absolutely nothing to beat this product. Even if you are not calculating productivity standards the financial saving is worth it as well as the control of leave or any other absences which could come as a huge cost to your business without the correct controls in place. It is fast and really efficient and allows you to access various reports using current and historical data to further improve various work related issues for example absenteeism. This can be monitored on a weekly, daily or monthly basis. Many more features.
