What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
UKG Pro has HCM and WFM dialed in! There are so many tools available to customize to your businesses needs and scales really well across the entire organization. The support team is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I am fully confident that if I can't figure something out on my own, that UKG will help me. We have had the UKG team come in and give us a full, thorough workflow process overview and help automate and optimize our HR processes in the system and third-party vendors we use. They did a deep dive into our systems, into every corner of the product and helped us streamline our department and our UKG configurations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that UKG covers all aspects of our HCM and WFM needs. I can always find a way to create what our leadership team needs, because I always have the tools to do so in the software. The real star of the show is their support team, though. They are so helpful, respectful, empowering, and smart! The software is great, and is very powerful, but the support team will fill in any gaps and that is incredibly valuable to me.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like a more customizable dashboard experience for our employees.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The software is incredibly powerful and has a lot of interconnected features, that has a bit of a learning curve to figure out. But their support team is fantastic and will navigate you through any of those issues that may come up.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
Former "ESP" had a great console for staffing team to utilize and see a "full picture" of the organizational requirements.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integrity of the data reporting and integrations are my favorite.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't feel we were kept up enough with the initial build so when in administrative role it takes a lot of learning prior to completing any adjustments in the background.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure you are part of the build and get all the necessary training prior to implementing.
