What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Speed reliability and the product itself. You cannot go wrong - fast efficient and easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The schedules. I have also worked with forecasting and automated scheduling which is simply brilliant!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cannot say that I dislike anything - it all works together if your original setup is done correctly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are wanting to save on wage cost and increase productivity using the forecasts and workloads, there is absolutely nothing to beat this product. Even if you are not calculating productivity standards the financial saving is worth it as well as the control of leave or any other absences which could come as a huge cost to your business without the correct controls in place. It is fast and really efficient and allows you to access various reports using current and historical data to further improve various work related issues for example absenteeism. This can be monitored on a weekly, daily or monthly basis. Many more features.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Former "ESP" had a great console for staffing team to utilize and see a "full picture" of the organizational requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integrity of the data reporting and integrations are my favorite.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't feel we were kept up enough with the initial build so when in administrative role it takes a lot of learning prior to completing any adjustments in the background.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure you are part of the build and get all the necessary training prior to implementing.
