What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Former "ESP" had a great console for staffing team to utilize and see a "full picture" of the organizational requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integrity of the data reporting and integrations are my favorite.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't feel we were kept up enough with the initial build so when in administrative role it takes a lot of learning prior to completing any adjustments in the background.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure you are part of the build and get all the necessary training prior to implementing.

I love that we can make modifications and when updates happen it does not affect our added features.

It is so big sometimes it can be overwhelming to know where to start.

Be open to thinking how processes can be improved and not not getting stuck on how you currently do things.
