What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

The BEST hing about UKG Pro Learning is that it's user friendly! Before UKG Pro Learning, we had Cornerstone which was a beast of a software and offered a lot of capabilities but, it wasn't nearly as easy to navigate for our employees. I look forward to more features being added to make UKG Pro Learning better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspext is definitely how easy it is to navigate, search, and filter for anything that you are looking for such as courses or classes completed, not completed, etc. I appreciate the Compliance dashboard andbeing able to view how we are company is doing overall and the capability to filter it down to specific departments. I like the stats on the Academy usage page to view the exact number of employees and how many courses we have (archived vs. active). The report builder is beneficial too as you can customize the report you want. Within the last year, we have used the gamification feature and it has signifacntly increased usage

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the tutorial instructions/videos need to be updated. We have been using this product for the last 4 years and the instructions appear outdated or don't provide enough information as they could to help someone who is new to using the software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a product that it user friendly for the admin and end user, UKG Pro Learning is wonderful!
