The easy integration with other systems. The data and reporting capabilities and housing of documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The BI Reporting ands customization capabilities. With our company, its nice to run different reports for all the different licenses, audits and grants.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The updates can slow the system down a bit for a day or 2 after.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out, the more you do in the system the more you will grow to love it. I highly recommend looking at the different reports that you can run and try customizing them to your full needs.
