Great product, overwhelming without expert support

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Because I am in the product, I can only answer in a way that provides why I enjoy using UKG and that's their ability to be innovative and pushing the boundaries with trends. For example, UKG Bryte, an AI tool is all over everything. I do not see that point of view from others like Workday or Logile.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Coming from an older, legacy system, it's the freshness it provides.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My leadership would say, "the ability to edit/delete raw punches" because the system allows that. There are some other things that Leadership would say, but leadership comes from an older time where things could just simply be locked down because the system we used was made in house and could do that.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For UKG Pro WFM to be successful, you need to consider all parts of your organization and who will be in the weeds of using it. Does it help them? Does it give them what they need? How do you know? Did you ask them or just assume? Because if you only do the latter, then you've already failed. Bring those grass roots folks in as soon as possible to make sure all the pieces in the system handles what they need and will be able to use.

UKG Pro is easy to use, innovative platforms and great customer service that is available 24/7.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Payroll gateway is my favorite aspect of UKG Pro. It allows me to pay employees fast, efficiently and how- to -guides are located on the tab in case I need assistance with anything.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I cannot think of anything I dislike about the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talk to a sales representative and they will guide you on all of the amazing products held within UKG to make work simpler and easier.
