What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
UKG is always trying to innovate and produce new products. The listen to their customers and work towards an end user experience which is positive. They aren't all technical, they put a lot into the culture of their product and your company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customization capabilities and the ability to support a delayed rollout in order to avoid company wide panic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is expensive and is only getting more expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you know what you actually need and how you will use it in your company.

That more features aren't included - that different modules have to be added on; Missing some functionality.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at UKG Ready and UKG when determining company needs. Make sure to hire someone with previous UKG experience!
