It's a wonderful product that simplifies your workforce planning but requires proper training. Make best use of the demo sessions and play around with the features of the tool.

The user interface is very intuitive for line level colleagues.

Intergrations documentation doesn't have full deployment information for what clients need.

Develop vendor relationship as this helps during and beyond rollout for when issues arise.
