What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We like the ability of SurveySparrow to create with cutomized questions. Its very easy to create these surveys and to send them out. We are able to share the surveys through a variety of channels i.e Web, Mobile, Social, and E-mail. The surveys can be made more conversational . There are variety of ways to send out the surveys they include on-site/offline, pop-up, link. The analysis done by SurveySparrow is accurate and gives a good visual picture of the information collected. The customer support is helpful because they are responsive and knowledgable. The platform allows us to do customer segmentation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it slows down and there is no way to import questions from ms word or text file, other than these two , we have found SurveySparrow to be very helpful in all our surveys.
