Product stability and reporting. It has very extensive reporting that helps teams a lot.

UI is a bit slow if we compare it with other CRMs.

If you are working with a lot of reporting and large data segments then go for it.

To learn the tool, it requires in-depth training. Also, customisation takes time.

Opportunity life cycle management - right from identifying and nurturing leads through various campaigns and converting them to Opportunity and taking it through various sales stages as per your own sales process with approval process built in at various stages.The Lead scoring mechanism, lead conversion process, Big Deal alerts are some of the other elements that are useful

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Continuous innovation through AI such as Einstein Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights to set the sales representatives up for success and ensuring that they are spending less time entering and updating data and more time on working with the customer and solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You will have to leverage the salesforce marketing cloud if you need to run the mass email campaigns as CRM by itself doesn't support it. The marketing cloud comes with additional cost and may not go down well with your budget estimates

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Choose the appropriate licensing model considering your vision for Salesforce and select the appropriate edition. Also evaluate strategies between housing the entire organization in a single org versus keeping them separate. Any misstep here will lead to costly process in terms of time and effort to synchronize.
