What differentiates Salesforce Pardot from other similar products?

B2B Marketing automation tools like- AI, ROI reporting etc. Also, proofing emails, pre-scheduling, good analytics makes it more useful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Open rate pie chart. We get to know the % of opened and unopened emails, bounced emails as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as of now. The software meets the requirements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Must have for content marketing. Go for it!

What differentiates Salesforce Pardot from other similar products?

Integration with other software and tools is very easy and it does integrate with everything. It has the best email marketing capabilities as compared to similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very easy to use, there are a lot of resources which are available for users to get trained, the support from salesforce is extraordinary as if you ever get stuck they always help you right away.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I personally dislike is the capabilities of reporting which a powerful tool like Salesforce has, which lack many features within. Also, the creation of landing pages is not the best, we still use Hubspot for creating landing pages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pardot is a very easy to use software CRM which has many capabilities for businesses to utilize such as the best lead scoring system a business could ever have provided benefits for lead generation and lead nurturing programs. The creation and utilization of workflows are very easy on the other hand which automates all the processes for sales and marketing which includes automation of email marketing. It has many features and businesses can highly benefit from it.
