What is your favorite aspect of this product?

From incorporating third-party add-ons to adding or modifying data types and entities, I adore being able to customize the CRM with the Salesforce AppExchange to meet my business requirements. I can pick from a variety of add-ons and applications that can integrate our networks or streamline some crucial procedures. Additionally, it enables us to develop client relationships that will boost consumer recommendations, word-of-mouth, and testimonials.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The drawback is that it doesn't necessarily convert over if it's linked to another platform, which might make it difficult to obtain data from Salesforce.
