What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud from other similar products?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a flexible platform that grows with our business and it is not a tool that can become obsolete. It's workflow functionality helps create targeted workflows by dragging and dropping actions onto a visual editor. Marketers can better understand customers and provide them with want they want with Saleforce Marketing Cloud

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The cloud has solutions for every imaginable customer encounter, from the data that drives our strategy to the final phases of the digital journey. As I use Salesforce Marleting Cloud to contruct customee profiles using data-driven insights, I am able to develop more relevant messaging that speaks to customer's specific requirements

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is less configurable and the reason for this is that when updates and improvements are made to the platform, it doesn't break all of our customizations, it adds to them

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It all sounds great in theory but the only way to know what I am really talking about is to give Salesforce Marketing Cloud a try. If you want to grow and expand your marketing campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is without doubt the way to go

What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud from other similar products?

I compared 3 marketing Automation answers Hubspot, Marketo, and Salesforce promoting Cloud by their options and cost. What one do I select for my marketing team? I took all three of them demos. I saw and compare the quality of using their features, User expertise, and visibility (in terms of tracking ) once executing a campaign. I found the most effective intuitive dashboard and helpful data with its detailing in the salesforce promoting automation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pardot permits you to customize and build everything – aside from their restricted reporting capabilities – from pre-built email templates, custom email templates, landing pages, custom redirects, social media, lead evaluation and grading, and much more. The product is straightforward to use and simple to learn. Live dashboard. Pardot allows you to observe individuals move with your website, emails, landing pages, forms, and content in real-time. It permits the practicality to satisfy our customers’ unique desires while conjointly providing the runway for us to grow into new Salesforce merchandise when we are ready.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For starters, their support could be a pain in the butt to use. Same with their “documentation” – myself and every one of my colleagues who use this platform typically learn from blogs online as opposed to from any Salesforce-operated materials. The platform is outdated in style and is thus not user-friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you would like a whole marketing automation solution and no budget complexity then select it. Initially, this product can look high-priced but once its complete implementation, you’ll see the conversion rate is recovering and better.
