The account, contact, and lead management features give us a complete view of our customers that help enhance our lead tracking and nurturing
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cross reporting between lead and opportunity tab could be easier. I would love to have a way to restrict user to access content for particular geographical location

User friendly UI design, low maintenance, excellent integration with zendesk, with other CRM's and other platforms, Personalization and monitoring.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A bit expensive for small organizations.

it is suitable for large companies that send emails in bulk or continuously. it is quite expensive for small companies that do not do mass marketing.
