What differentiates Salesforce CDP from other similar products?

I feel it does provide so many features and so much information than can be easily adapter to your needs. Also, it does trigger information based on keywords.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interface looks good and the workflow itself makes it run smoothly. The customizability is a great aspect too,

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact is that merging cases can be a bit difficult when two cases have different categorizations. (You basically end up having to match the categories to make it merge). I dislike the fact that images can not be pasted, they have to be uploaded which its a big inconvenience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try to clean your data before migrating to it, so you get the best performance out of it from the get go.
