What differentiates Sales Navigator from other similar products?

The best thing about Sales Navigator is that the prospect is constantly updating their own information. They are updating about their new job and titles on LinkedIn, making it much easier and accurate for Sales, Marketing, Recruiting to leverage Sales Navigator to find the perfect prospects. The integration with tools like Zoominfo, Outreach, Salesforce, etc also made it a clear winner during evaluation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to use multi-filter searches is great. It really let's you drill down into a Company by their title, seniority, job function, keywords, etc. I created reuseable Boolean Searches for the Sales team to leverage. All they have to do is go to an Account they are prospecting, paste the Boolean into the Title field. And then what was 10,000+ employees in an enterprise account is now just ~50 highly targeted IT employees they need to search through. They can leverage other filters like location, seniority, etc and make that even less.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integration with some of the tools named above is limited. It's not easy to use Navigator to create leads in Salesforce or Outreach. We leverage Zoominfo as the middle piece to do that. Aside from that, Navigator has the most up to date information, so it's the first place most people go to find the right prospect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out before you buy. Ask for a demo and see if it fits your needs.
