ROI based on price - pricing has gone up considerably over past 5 yrs or so. Qualtrics reps rotate FAR TOO OFTEN. Little stability, which negatively impacts relationship.

What differentiates Qualtrics CoreXM from other similar products?
I can only speak to our old survey tool which was in our CRM but night and day alot better. Visually appealing UI, lots of features, easy integration, lots of data and dashboards creations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
usability. it was really easy to learn Qualtrics from scratch.
What do you dislike most about this product?
customer serivce responses can be a bit slow at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
definitely try out other survey applications (surveymonkey, getfeedback, etc.) but you'll probably notice and 'feel' how much more Qualtrics offers. It may be more pricier but it's worth the investment.
