What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive is simpler than most CRMs because it stays focused on one thing: moving deals through a clear pipeline. It is quick to set up, easy for the whole team to use, and you can add extras only when you need them, rather than paying for a huge all in one system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is the pipeline itself. It is visual and easy to manage, so you can see every deal at a glance, move opportunities through stages quickly, and always know what the next action should be.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A few of the more advanced features sit behind higher plans or paid add ons, so the cost can climb once you want things like more detailed reporting, extra automation, or additional tools beyond the core pipeline.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Keep it simple to start. Set up your pipeline stages to match how you actually sell, get everyone logging the next step on each deal, and only add extra features once you know you need them.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Compared to other CRMs, it's very easy to have a grip on Pipedrive and enhance the sales funnel. While not much IT expertise is required, my team has been flying high as their performance and lead closings are increasing day by day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My team has been able to track and manage leads through a visual sales pipeline. It has provided us with an organized environment to qualify leads and convert them into potential customers. The decision-making process has also been straightforward, with all actionable insights. I appreciate Pipedrive's reports, through which I am able to get insights into my team's performance and overall pipeline.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My team has reported that emails sent from Pipedrive often end up in spam. Moreover, while working on many pipelines, the limited capacity of cleanup tools creates a mess.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
