What differentiates New Relic from other similar products?
incident management and tracking with AI , Correlating incidents and finding under the single pane Defining SRE principles - SLI/SLA/SLO Cool Synthetic monitoring along with network tracing Drop Filters with NRQl support to reduce the cost of unwanted logs
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Incident Tracking (MTTA , MTTR ) SRE - SLO/SLA Dashboarding and APM
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not as such as this is a complete monitoring solution for even multi cloud clients
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are lot of plugins which help sre to find the expired APM agents , apps with no DT , No infinite tracing start using those cool plugins

What differentiates New Relic from other similar products?
APM - Includes Monitoring , live Java heap profiler , Live change tracking ( Deployments of apps and its dependent services under the hood ), After deployment changes happened in the system. Dashboarding - Really cool dashboards which can include user journey and System Health tracking Automated Alerts and self healing support
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
APM - Live Profiler , Deployments that happened in last time tracking Dashboarding - Can buid really cool dashboards Multi Cloud integration support AD integration with no hassle

Bit cheaper than other tools we have used and are there in Market Custom Metrics Integration to show the custom user journey and Build trend on top of that

New Relic is a very efficient, reliable, and simple-to-integrate tool with high-security standards that allows for constant monitoring in an application for failure and also allows measuring performance. New Relic offers comprehensive observability across the entire stack, including applications, infrastructure, and user experiences. It provides insights into metrics, logs, traces, and synthetic monitoring, allowing users to gain a holistic view of their system's performance and behavior. New Relic is known for its user-friendly interface and intuitive workflows. New Relic allows users to customize and extend their monitoring capabilities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the way the new relic makes it simple to measure the performance of an application in real-time. It also makes it very simple to integrate it with the application and provides useful metrics about the application.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think the new relic is a complete product for real-time monitoring which doesn't require any changes.

I would highly recommend new relic to a business that wants to monitor their product in realtime with a highly reliable tool. It also makes it very easy to measure performance by providing insightful metrics.
